Start late, grab something from the food trucks, sing along to familiar songs, or pick a set with more movement built into it. The selected gigs stretch across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Fort Myers Beach, and Alva, with bands, acoustic sets, and DJs giving the weekend several different ways in.
The first set does not have to be the last stop. Friday and Saturday both have a second wave after 9, from tribute rock and patio karaoke to open-format, house, Top 40, hip hop, and reggae DJs.
Friday
Saturday
Food trucks come with their own soundtrack this weekend. Bay Street Yard and Slipaway Cape cover everything from full bands to afternoon and late-night DJs, with one in an industrial Fort Myers yard and the other on the Cape Coral waterfront.
Sunday
There is plenty of room this weekend for songs that do not need an introduction. The familiar-material side of the schedule runs from solo and acoustic covers into classic rock and full bands across Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers Beach.
This part of the weekend has more range than a straight DJ roundup. Tropical Latin, funk, reggae, Latin, EDM, and open-format sets give you several ways to choose something with a little more movement built into it.
