His mix runs from country covers to classic rock. The rotation keeps him busy at Celebration Park and The Whale. Next week finds him at The Whale Tuesday morning, then Celebration Park Wednesday evening. His Wednesday night slot at Celebration Park has become a regular draw. #2 — Jenny Vē Jenny Vē works both solo and duo configurations across 23 shows this year. Her range covers folk, rock, country, and top 40. She holds down regular spots at The Hampton Social and The Whale. Saturday morning she plays Hampton Social. Friday she returns to The Whale for an 11 AM set. The daytime slots suit her style. #3 — Madison Morris Madison Morris brings songwriter material mixed with americana and southern rock. Thirteen shows have taken him from Slipaway Cape to Bay Street Yard. Tuesday he plays Slipaway Cape in the early afternoon. Wednesday night he moves to The Whale. His acoustic guitar work anchors the sets. #4 — Renee Hose Renee Hose focuses on rock and classic rock across six shows this year. Her calendar includes Anarchy Ale Works in Alva and BackStreets Sports Bar in Cape Coral. Friday night she plays Anarchy Ale Works. Monday she returns to BackStreets Sports Bar. The rock 'n' roll approach fits the bar room settings. #5 — SideShow Bob SideShow Bob works late-night slots with rock, pop, and country covers. Seven shows this year have established him at BackStreets Sports Bar and Celebration Park. Wednesday night he takes the 9:30 PM slot at BackStreets. The late-night timing works for his crowd. The name might be playful but the sets are serious. These five represent the current state of acoustic music in the region.
