Our room was very clean, beautiful water and sunrise view. We had a little trouble checking in and the day manager, Brian, hopped on the issue immediately and with great attention and concern. His thoughtfulness was genuine and our issue was resolved within minutes. It is always such a bonus to have this kind of excellence in management. The outside bar/restaurant offered great specialty drinks and friendly, fast service. The location was excellent - so close to dining options and a great assortment of retailers.We will be back and again, a special shout-out to Brian! Highly recommend.
I’m not sure how you couldn’t rate this hotel 5-stars. I visited Naples for the first time ever the second weekend in January, and I’ve been back 3 times since! The hotel is clean, and in a EXCELLENT location. But it’s the staff that really makes this place amazing. As soon as you show up here you’re treated like you’re part of the family. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. Danny, Josh, and Rachel are the best! The food is also really good at the restaurant! The bar has a great view and there is live music over the weekends! Super fun to hang out there. I’m already booking my next trip and can’t wait to go back! Definitely give this place a shot!
I highly recommend this three star hotel. Located at the north end of old town in Naples it is centrally located within walking distance to so many things. A walk down 5th Ave with its many great stores and restaurants leads you to the beach, beautiful mornings and spectacular sunsets. The architecture and decor of the hotel are tasteful, breakfast is available, but not complimentary, on a patio with great views overlooking the bay. The staff a friendly and very helpful, kayaks may be rented for a very reasonable cost to explore the bay. Complimentary each chairs and towels are available at the front desk.
Location is great, on bay and walk into t Downtown Naples. Pool hot tub were good, fitness center good. Staff very friendly. Nice patio over bay on site. Only issue was old soft mattress killed my back!
That was an amazing hotel. You can't find anything cheaper so close (2-3 minutes walk) to 5th Avenue, or Tin City. Might look like a basic motel, but it's very comfy and the location is amazing with its bar overlooking the water, and the nearby heated pool. All the staff members we met were amazing.
