Charlotte house was fantastic. A home away from home, it has all the amentities you could possible ask for and more. It is within walking distance of downtown. This would be great for couples, family, or a get-away with friends. We had never been to Punta Gorda and absolutely loved it. There is a binder with restaurant menus in the house and also pamphlets of things to do which were very helpful. I would highly recommend Charlotte house, perfect vacation rental.
This is an awesome vacation rental. The home was just remodeled and os very well kept ny the owner. You can tell this isnt iust some income property they really care about their property. Its a 3 bedroom 1 bath with a lot of room. Punta Gorda is a neat little town and this house is smack dab in the center of it. There is a place you can throw a rock at called the Ice House with the best fish and chips. There is a little boardwalk with shops and bars that my wife and I would hang out at. Although its a small town there is so much to do here that we couldnt even do it all. We will absolutely be back and next time we will bring the kids for sure!
We stayed for a week and had the BEST experience. The house is brand new and tastefully decorated. We just loved the location and the ease of getting to everything. We walked to all the restaurants and downtown Punta Gorda. Ft Myers, Sanibel and Sarasota were short drives away. The price was so affordable. GREAT TIME CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!
