The older lady (I forget her name) that seats people, asked my son why he was crying with an attitude and rolled her eyes at my AUTISTIC son. The waitress we had that was young was SUPER sweet and handled the situation amazing. Told us to stay and don’t mind what people say or the looks we get. She was dedicated for us to stay and really seemed like she cared about my sons autism. He did end up eating with his dad in the van (was more comfortable there). And we ate inside. But decided to take it to go to eat with my son. That young lady was so sweet 🥲. I wish I knew her name. Giving a 3 star due to not being greeted in a nice happy manner, and the comment, plus my food wasn’t as expected, forgot some things and was pricey. It was still good though.
Driving around Cape Coral looking for a seafood place for lunch. Unimposing place but what a hidden gem, Huge menu. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the makeup of menu items and made suggestions of favorites. We chose the crab imperial, fish and chips and the coconut shrimp wrap and the three of us cleaned our plates! Definitely would go back. By the time we left the outside dining was packed.
Very disappointed, we came for happy hour food, and they don't serve it anymore. Bummer , I loved it there. So we ordered off the menu, and I asked the waiter if seafood enchiladas, were good, he stated his favorite. They were tasty, but the portions were terrible, three very small tortillas, with possibly 3 small shrimp in each and some seafood mixture. Again tasty but not at all filling. Barely filled half the plate. Thank god I had a ceasar salad on the side, but when I went home we had to stop and get some other choice food as I was still hungry. Oh and I told the waiter that I was hungry as well. Needless to say, 2 strikes, and I will not be going back for strike 3. And I love the atmosphere there.
We sat outside. The bartender was very pleasant. We had an app and 1 entree. I had tge mussels in red sauce. They were delicious nice amount of them. My other half had Mexican which came with rice and beans as a side dish. It was nice drinks were very good.
Visited this place multiple times last week while in town. Food and service was great. Atmosphere and surroundings were the same. They had a two piece band Friday evening that was phenomenal. I wish I would have caught the name of the duo. What really impressed me was on Friday evening a gentleman, that I assume was the owner or manager came around to all the tables to ask how things were going and how the service and food was. You don't see much of this where people care enough to mingle with patrons and interact. Will definitely be back.
