This place is what you would call in need of an update. The hostess acted like we were an inconvenience from the start. Low AC so it was hot and stuffy. Multiple box fans running trying to keep up. Beer boxes stacked in the main window. Our waitress had many other things more important than us... Talking to other staff.. Her phone... We received my gf soda.. But the waitress forgot my beer.. I reminded her after finally getting her attention 15 min later.. She said sorry she forgot.. Food took a very long time for breakfast items and an empty restaurant. Food was not much to look at but wasn't horrible. By the time we got it I just wanted to eat and get out of there.. Over an hour wait time for food.. Again it was not busy! We had another waitress come and check on us and refill soda.. Our waitress was busy laughing with other staff... I would not recommend
Great service and delicious brunch! Best bottomless mimosa/Bloody Mary deal in town!
Decided to try First Street Restaurant & Bar for lunch. The service was great and our server, Sarah, was awesome! Very friendly and definitely had a neighborhood bar type feel. Food was delicious too.. would have the meatball sub or chicken sandwich again! Will be back, for sure.
Always have a pleasant experience here. Good food, nice relaxed atmosphere. Right in the heart of a picturesque downtown area. Sara is especially good behind the bar. Eric is great in the kitchen, especially for breakfast.
Popped in for dinner and ordered the fish and chips. The batter was light, airy, and crispy, and the fries were fresh (albeit, thin cut VS thick cut.) Service was quick and the window seating made for some good people watching. I'll make it a point to stop by again if I'm in the area.
