Most wonderful place to eat, great plethora of options. The fresh made mozzarella cheese was exceptionally great on everything from the appetizer to the pizza. large portions of everything there was no way just the two of us could have ate just an appetizer, salad and pizza by ourselves. Wonderful atmosphere and all of the staff really seemed like they enjoyed being there and learning the trade. The bread was fresh and well made however a higher quality flour that's more traditional and wholesome would be nice to see. Overall it's a quality place to eat and I'll definitely add it my staple restaurants.
So I must first start off by saying that the only reason I am giving this place a one star review is just because of the hostess that I spoke to on the phone. The food was actually really great. In my case, I first called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess, simply asking if I could add mushrooms to my fettuccine alfredo. Since I was ordering on door dash, and on the door dash menu there was no way to add the mushrooms. Now I didn't mind paying the extra but there was no option through door dash. So I called and she instructed me to simply write it in the special instructions section. I then told her, there is no way for me to add it because I will not be charged (again I do not mind the extra charge). She assured me that to write it in the special instructions tab. I proceed to write it in the instructions tab. After placing my order, I called for the second time to just make sure that she can let the kitchen know to add mushrooms to my order, since I could not be charged for me. She assured me that she will go to the kitchen and let them know. Once my food order arrived, there were no mushrooms. So I then called back and spoke to the manager Javier. He was very nice but did not give me a very great solution. The solution he came up with was for me to drive to the restaurant and pick up the mushrooms. I was just really upset since my total order had come up to $135 plus tip and delivery fees. I did end up getting the mushrooms, since Javier made sure that the kitchen had made the order. I wish I could leave a higher star review, but that is just not acceptable that the hostess after assuring me, did not make sure that she told the kitchen. Lastly, Javier told me that she had never even informed him nor the kitchen, even after speaking to her on two separate occasions.
Our waitress Mely did an outstanding job tonight. She was friendly, attentive and “served with a smile”. She is a treasure and a great asset to this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. BTW the food was enjoyable as well!
We have been here twice, both visits we were over 6 people, no reservation both times about 45 mts to be seated, the atmosphere is beautiful very cozy. They are very welcoming, service is excellent, food is amazing and lets just say if you are hungry this is the place to come… The food comes out super fast! Not a pizza lover but we love their pizza, pasta is delicious as well as the chicken Marsala… their fried calamari is also delicious. You cant go wrong with anything here if celebrating a birthday they play birthday music in the restaurant and bring a candle with delicious cannoli.
Incredibly cooked pasta a wide array of beverages and Italian classics, we had to eggplant Parmesan to start and moved onto the Cacio e Pepe and couldn’t be happier. Fresh truffle, fresh sage, dinner and a show. If we lived here we would be coming back every night!!
