Great prices, great product. Limited help provided …. short handed most of the time at Lowe’s in NP . Pick up process on larger pieces has no support. Wait time over one hour. Pick up parking spots don’t work but signs don’t reflect that. Front desk associate had to leave to locate product in the receiving area. I will not be using pick up at Lowe’s in North Port. Port Charlotte has much better process and supports! Please improve north port Lowe’s processes and organization that was my favorite home improvement store to shop at.

I was given an appointment time and date to get an estimate on a fence installation. I never heard from anyone after waiting for hours. I would at least like to have had a courtesy call saying that they were running late but NOTHING. Don’t waste your time with Lowes. Call a local contractor with good reviews

For whatever reason I’ve never had much luck at this location. Help of any kind at this store has always been difficult to find and pretty much impossible now. The last time I was there I was waiting behind 5 people in the garden check-out and the cashier was waiting for a manager to show up so it wasn’t moving. I left that line, went inside and all the self check outs were closed (seriously?) and the ONE cashier actually working inside had about 10 people in line waiting. And this was in the middle of the day. Ridiculous. I set the item down and left. I only go to the PC location now. They seem much better managed.

I waited a month for an appointment on 11/18 for a guy to measure for an install for two exterior doors. He calls the day before and asks to reschedule because he is sick. No problem. He promises to call the Monday after Thanksgiving and schedule an appointment for sometime that week. No call. On 12/2, it took 30 minutes of employees and managers passing the buck for me to finally reach a manager who promised I would get a call back that same day with a new expedited measure date. Surprise, no call back. On 12/5, I get a call from someone (completely clueless to the situation) trying to schedule a new measure for yet another month away. She had no idea that this was ever previously scheduled. Forget it! If Lowes can't even communicate and schedule a measure, fat chance they will do a good job on the install.

If I could give 0 stars BELIEVE me I would. 1 cashier for the PRO area, O N E (you could tell she’s new, why will you leave a new person by herself, you could tell the poor girl was trying her best but she had 100000 of questions). Then they have new requirements to do a phone sale (which is not a big deal if they have a sign that says that instead you waiting for the long line and then asking for it). After they made me look for my id they didn’t use it, and of course I had to make the line again.
