We made reservations for Christmas day evening. Everything was perfect. Staff, food and service. Dinners cost between $28 and $42. This was my 3rd time there. Never a problem.
My server was incredible! Her back waiter saw I was angry at my daughter. He came over and did magic tricks to calm the situation I can't thank him enough. Everything we asked for was to a T! From endcut on the prime rib to temperatures on meat Cooks, most pleasurable dining experience in a while. See you soon can't wait to come back!!!!
Extremely disappointed in our choice for Mother’s Day dinner this year. Don’t know where to start. Have never had a salty brown sauce lobster bisque. Awful. The ONLY good thing was my wife’s beet salad. Her grouper was dry and tough. My prime rib, ordered medium, was totally red on the inside, sent it back and it came back burnt and still red on the inside. A very tough and very fatty piece of meat. Probably worst prime rib I have ever had. Asparagus was like eating tree bark and mashed potatoes hadn’t been in the shape of a potato in years. Seemed like we were rushed from the get go. And $160.00 later we will never go back to Mattison’s on 41.
We already went to the Mattison 's location in Bradenton and it was pretty good!!! Then, we took advantage of the savor Sarasota lunch menu in this location to enjoy great food. We started with the artichokes, creamy and delicious. My wife had the salmon and I had the fish. Both were excellent!!! We ended our meal with the key lime pie..... delicious as well..... Our waitress was very friendly and made sure we were OK. Definitely a must try for gourmet
Very good food with GF options (though no pasta tonight). Very few people as well because it's off season. Great waiter. Not sure of the price because I didn't pay.
