It was a beautiful day to sit outside so we ordered our drink and sat outdoors. It was nice, the bartender not as much but looks like she had had a long day. A bit dark inside. When we walked by after dinner, the crowd was having a great time. Good evening crowd too.
Our waitress was a delight. Very friendly and attentive. There was live music that was very loud on the outdoor patio - fun, but not good for conversation. We got the last table in the patio area, and otherwise, the bar was packed - standing room only. The crowd was a bit unruly. Some staff and bar guests had to break up a very ugly altercation between two intoxicated patrons. Overall impression: meh.... Not impressed. Nothing about the place made me want to return, but i wouldn't go out of my way to avoid the place either.
I enjoyed shortys, but it seems to be if you’re under 50 years old before 3 PM you’re not treated with the same respect as others. Which is unfortunate... we tip well 😅 However, I do enjoy the atmosphere, the music and that kind of stuff. But the bartenders don’t really seem to care about you if you’re young. But I want to go back again just at a different time of day…

If I could give negative ratings I would. I called at 3:30 to ask if they did take out. The rude woman on the phone informed me the phone kitchen is closed. Funny how on the door and on the web it says kitchen closes Saturday at 4 o’clock. My question regarding take out was never answered. I guess the owners don’t care about selling food; only interested in alcohol. As a former restaurant employee, if I ever exhibited this behavior, I would’ve been fired on the spot.
