Great service/bartender! This place did turn into a club at 9pm but it didn't get crowded until closer to 11pm. Only had the wings and broccoli (which were great). And every drink we had was great. Not watered down but not too strong. Music was pretty good too and why as 40 somethings we stayed as long as we did when it turned to a club.
Overall, this place has a lot of potential. The cuisine was super unique and very good. However, the service was lacking. Our bartender was friendly, but it became obvious that management did not communicate with him. They were out of multiple things we did order and then we were informed they were out and instead of retaking our order, the bartender moved onto making drinks for the next several customers. 20 minutes later, the bartender was back to take our order again. Then it was over 45 minutes for our food to be brought out. Overall the food was good, but with the amount of wait and the price paid, I would not revisit.
First time here and I really enjoyed this place. The food was excellent and service was awesome from Sam our waiter. We also meet Jacob the manager on watch. He and Sam was able to answer the question we had. We will return again for another visit. The upper deck bar was open and has a great view.
My family and I came here for Happy Hour and enjoyed ourselves! The rooftop had plenty of seating for large groups and thought the lounge seats were quite comfortable. They have an nice environment to sit and relax and enjoy the view! However, I thought the service could be better. It took 20 min to put our first order of drinks in when we first arrived (was not busy yet). We also ordered calamari but would not get again (too much batter). FYI: We arrived at 3:45 (stood in line until they opened at 4) and a large line formed after us—get there early.
Wonderful views!! Decent food, great music! Would have been 5 but two reasons....First, no draft beer? Really? Second, while Mt food was delicious the merlot was too warm.
