Had a great time here! Went bar hopping for a friends 21st birthday and the Hideaway was for sure our favorite. Good company and great prices. Loved the karaoke too!

It wasn't as good as before. Danelle does not work here anymore. Emily does not work here anymore. The new bartender was not as friendly and not as welcoming as Danelle and Emily were. All around, it's not as much fun as it used to be.
There is a default ice barrier between all strangers. When great bartenders leave and are replaced by strangers, bars lose a lot of regulars, which can lead to a drastic drop in business. And that default ice barrier that exists between all strangers can put a place in the sewer. People don't like having to break the ice all over again.

Fun little dive bar in Downtown Fort Myers. Food is meh (but their kitchen does stay open the longest so can’t complain!), karaoke was a blast, service is fast & great

I was downtown looking at the antique car show and turned on to Dean Street to escape the noise and sun. Luckily I walked in to the Hideaway. It's clean and cozy, with a friendly, mixed crowd of locals and tourists. The comfort food is delicious! I had the Reuben, with homemade cole slaw. They serve food until 5 on weekends and 3 during the week. Sidewalk tables are shaded in afternoon. Check it out and you wont be sorry. Lots of laughter and good conversation.
